We love seeing our students enjoy every season—sometimes all in one week! 😄

This hands-on experience helped students better understand the hard work and skills involved in everyday life during Colonial times. What a fun and meaningful way to learn!

Our first meet of the year was the State Class A Championship Meet held in Baltic, South Dakota, where 250 athletes competed.
The competing Hawks athletes included: Carter Becker and "The Katelyns" (Katelyn Bond, Katelyn Kennedy, and Katelyn Tieszen).
Joshua Koenig was unable to compete due to an injury, but was there for moral support.
Despite the team's first meet being the largest meet of the season, these student athletes did an incredible job each time they stepped on the platform. The energy in the gymnasium was incredible, and both Coach K and the athletes had a great time and learned a lot!
Katelyn Bond received a 4th-place medal in her weight class.
Katelyn Kennedy received a 4th-place medal in her weight class.
Katelyn Tieszen took 9th place in her weightclass.
Carter Becker took 7th out of 28 in his weight class.
Canistota's Powerlifting Team is off to a great start, and we are looking forward to the future.
