Congratulations to our newest members of the Canistota National Honor Society! 🎉
We are proud to welcome seven outstanding students — Maria Addy, Katelyn Bond, Sophia Crotty, Allison Leber, Amelia Remacle, Katelyn Tieszen and Malachi Weber — who were officially inducted during a special ceremony on October 16th.
In addition to welcoming our new members, our senior NHS students received their graduation stoles, recognizing their continued commitment to the pillars of scholarship, leadership, service, and character.
We are so proud of all our NHS members and their dedication to excellence! 💙💛

The Canistota Esports program has increased in size from 8 students in the 2024-2025 season to 22 students for the 2025-2026 season. A significant number of students are interested in the Nintendo Switch titles, but we currently have only 2 devices.
Some community members have said they have a Nintendo Switch sitting around their home not being used. If you would like to donate your device to the Canistota Esports program, please reach out to Brandon Blide at brandon.blide@k12.sd.us.

🩷 Tee shirts designed by the CHS Senior Volleyball players. Let's show them our support and FILL the stands pink with their design.
🛒Sales are open NOW until 11:00 PM on Wednesday, October 15th. Shirts will be ready for pick up from the Canistota PTO beginning Monday, October 20th.
