The Region Career Fair will be held on March 5th at Parker High School. Our Canistota Juniors will attend beginning at 9:30 AM.
This is a great opportunity for our juniors to explore career options and connect with professionals. Please encourage your student to dress appropriately for this event — no sweats or pajamas.

The royal kitchens are celebrating The Quest for School Breakfast! 👑✨
Each morning our brave knights and fair princesses are invited to feast for National School Breakfast Week! 🐉🛡️
A strong breakfast fuels mighty minds and powers great learning adventures all day long. Join us in the great hall and dine like royalty! 🏰💛

Parking Update-We will be making an adjustment to the parking in front of Door A outside of the main office. Heath is in the process of installing signs indicating 15 minute parking between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM for several of the parking spots to the west of the handicap space. Please utilize these spaces when picking up or dropping off students along with when you are visiting the school during the school day. For safety purposes, we ask that you please do not park to the east of the handicap space anymore between the handicap space and the cross walk. A reminder that only those vehicles that have handicap plates/placards are allowed to park in the handicap spot. This includes the space directly to the west of the handicap spaced that is marked by the yellow lines. Thank you.

📅 Screening Date: Tuesday, March 10th

These screenings help us get to know your child and ensure they are ready for a successful start to the school year. Children will participate in age-appropriate activities while families complete required paperwork and ask questions about the year ahead.

Our upcoming Middle School Dance is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to see everyone there!
Put on your favorite outfit, grab your friends, and join us for a night of music, fun, and memories! There will be great tunes, plenty of dancing, and lots of laughs.
Students must follow school guidelines and expectations to ensure a safe and enjoyable evening for everyone.

Congratulations to Mrs. Perry and the High School Concert Band on their performance today at the Bandmasters Convention at the Oscar Larson Performing Arts Center at South Dakota State University. This is the most prestigious band event in the state of South Dakota and it is an incredible honor to be invited to play. Mrs. Perry and the band have put a tremendous amount of time and energy into preparing for this incredible honor and their standing ovation was well deserved.
